Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern access to and use of Minefront.io (“Minefront”, “we”, “us”), an online 1v1 tactical minesweeper game available on the web and as an Android web/TWA app. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the service. For questions, contact contact@minefront.io.

1. Service

Minefront.io lets users play public matches, private matches and tournaments, choose avatars, create accounts, appear in rankings and view results. We may add, modify or remove features to improve stability, security, balance or legal compliance.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum age applicable in your country. If you are a minor, you must use the service with permission from your parent or legal guardian.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account or session.

3. Accounts, aliases and avatars

We may reject, change or hide aliases, avatars or profile elements that are offensive, misleading, infringe third-party rights, impersonate another person or harm the game experience. Accounts are personal and must not be sold, rented or transferred without authorization.

4. Fair play and security

Minefront.io is a competitive game. You must not:

• Use bots, scripts, solvers, automation, abusive reverse engineering, traffic manipulation or external tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploit bugs, reveal an opponent’s board through unintended means or alter the normal operation of the game.
• Interfere with servers, WebSockets, APIs, matchmaking, rankings, tournaments or anti-cheat telemetry.
• Share instructions, files or methods intended to compromise the game or harm other users.
• Harass, threaten, insult, spam, impersonate others or use the service for illegal purposes.

We may review matches and telemetry, invalidate results, remove scores, disqualify tournament entries, limit features, suspend accounts or block access where there are reasonable indicators of abuse, cheating, security risk or violation of these Terms.

5. Tournaments and rankings

Rankings and tournaments are calculated according to the current technical rules of the game. Errors, invalid matches, duplicate results or scores obtained through bugs or cheating may be corrected. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Minefront.io does not guarantee prizes, monetary rewards or benefits for participating.

6. Availability and changes

We try to keep the service stable, but there may be downtime, maintenance, errors, connection loss, balance changes or interruptions for technical reasons. We do not guarantee continuous availability, compatibility with every device or a completely error-free service.

7. Intellectual property

The Minefront.io name, design, interface, code, graphics, avatars, texts, custom rules, visual elements and other service content belong to Minefront.io or their respective owners. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the service personally and in accordance with these Terms.

8. User content

If you enter aliases, messages, reactions or other content, you authorize us to use it within the service to display profiles, matches, rankings, tournaments, moderation and normal operation. You must not upload or publish illegal, offensive, discriminatory, sexual, violent, defamatory, fraudulent or rights-infringing content.

9. Android app and stores

The Android app may operate as a wrapper or web experience for Minefront.io. App use may also be subject to Google Play and operating system rules. If a store rule conflicts with these Terms, we will follow the applicable store rule to the extent required.

10. Privacy

Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the service, you acknowledge that data necessary to operate the game, accounts, security, anti-cheat telemetry, transactional emails and analytics will be processed as described there.

11. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, data loss, score loss, interruptions, third-party errors or damages arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights where applicable law does not allow such limitation.

12. Suspension or termination

You may stop using Minefront.io at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if needed to protect the service or if we stop operating the project. Suspension does not limit other measures available by law or for security.

13. Governing law

These Terms will be interpreted under Spanish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your country of residence.
